Scope of the PNG service, authority to use it, recipient requirements and file handling. Stampng does not register seals or verify identity.

What the service provides
Stampng turns your text into a stamp PNG. It does not provide source fonts, source SVG files, seal registration or identity verification.
Before using your image
Only use names and text you have permission to use. Do not impersonate anyone or use the image for forgery or fraud. Ask the recipient what your document requires.
Output files and quality checks
The current web output is a 512×512 PNG, not a stamp-font file or vector SVG. Character coverage, small-text readability and print quality depend on font and environment. Inspect the result and keep the original file.
Check authority and approval separately
Being able to create a stamp gives no authority to use another person’s or organisation’s identity. An inserted image does not guarantee legal effect or consent. Follow required signing, consent and identity procedures; seek qualified advice for disputes.
Using the finished image
You may use the finished PNG in lawful documents and designs without an additional fee or attribution requirement. This does not grant rights to another person's name, trademarks or other protected material. Use the final downloaded PNG, not the watermarked preview. Copying or distributing private font files, shapes or generation algorithms is not permitted, nor is automation or bulk traffic that disrupts the service.
Service changes, responsibility and contact
Features or request limits may change, and the service may pause for security, incident response or improvements. Significant planned changes are announced in advance where possible; urgent measures are explained afterwards. Free access does not exclude the operator's liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights. Important changes to these terms and their effective dates will be announced, with consent obtained where required by law. Send enquiries or objections to the email below.
